University Orthopaedic Associates (UOA) Sooners 14 – COE (Center of Orthodontic Excellence (COE) Smiles Ducks 7
Tyson Orlando and Vinny Marchetta scored touchdowns for the UOA Sooners. For the COE Smiles Ducks, Chris Nifaratos scored a running TD after a great time consuming drive. Teddy Dugan made some great throws at QB. Vaughn Rodricks, Aiden Fratangelo and Loch deTuro played stalwart defense.
COE Smiles Tide 28 – UOA Tigers 28
The Gargione Brothers, Joey and Michael, Charlie Crotty, and Reggie Wright scored touchdowns for Oklahoma. For LSU, Jamie Monica scored two touchdowns and had an interception and Malakai Gonzalez and Theo Salganik scored touchdowns. After a slow start, LSU mastered the "sweep" and scored on the final play of the game to tie the score.
UOA Wolverines 14 – COE Smiles Buckeyes 7
Luke Van Arsdale scored two touchdowns for the UOA Wolverines. A stand out play on Defense was Jonathan Hermann chasing down the opponent and grabbing the flag with a diving leap at the 2 yard line to save a touchdown. For the COE smiles Buckeyes, Alex Spies scored a touchdown.
COE Smiles Tigers 7 – UOA Fighting Irish 7
Aidyn Shah scored a touchdown for COE Smiles Tigers. Leo Miele scored a touchdown for the UOA Fighting Irish.
Juniors
Lee Miele rushed for a touchdown, threw a touchdown to Raymond Buck, and scored the game deciding two point conversion for the Conte's Pizza Jets in the 14-12 win over DZS Clinical Giants. Colton Monica scored a touchdown and threw a touchdown pass to Isiah Heisey for the Giants. Colton Monica also had two interceptions for the Giants.
Christine's Hope edged Tamashi Shell 21-14 . Andrew Spies ran for a touchdown and threw for 2 TDs, with Carter Price and Isaac Kusminsky on the receiving end. Sebastian Rodricks, Andrew Spies, Ben Kahn, and Carter Price all had interceptions. For Tamasi Shell, Julian Frevert threw a TD strike to Ezra Lerman, and Ezra tossed a TD pass to Ari Rosenblum plus a 2 pt. conversion to Will Everett. Julian Frevert, Langsdon Hinds, and Megan Kurian each had interceptions.
Despite 3 long rushing touchdowns by Jamir Conover of the Majeski Foundation Raiders, the Calloway Henderson Sotheby's Steelers held them off 19-18. Alec Lansky and Jamir Conover had interceptions for the Raiders . Quinton DeFaria and Charlie Baglio each had one for the Chiefs. Chiefs scored the final TD and extra point on runs by Fletcher Harrison with less than 5 minutes remaining and a long pass to Gavin Levine sealed the win in the final minute.
